It feels good to make money! As I wrote last time, I had my best affiliate earnings day recently. Once I noticed the flood of traffic, I made some changes to the promotion page that resulted in a higher CTR on my affiliate links.
Based on the tracking I did before and after the changes, making the modifications resulted in about 250 more people clicking through to the CPA offers. I saw a conversion rate of about 3.3% so that translates to around 8 more conversions based on the changes. With the offer paying anywhere from $45 - 70 per signup based on the product the visitor chose that means the changes made me an extra $360 - $560.
So keep an eye on your traffic levels, if you can optimize your page for the type of traffic you’re getting you can earn more money!
